Wir danken Euch<\/strong>, dass Ihr nach \u00d6sterreich\/ Europa gekommen seid und FRONTEX entkommen seid.<\/p>\n

Wir sind besch\u00e4mt,<\/strong> dass die Polizei zu unserem Schutz und zu Eurer Verfolgung dient.<\/p>\n

Wir danken Euch, <\/strong>dass Ihr uns zeigt, dass Menschenrechte in \u00d6sterreich\/Europa nur f\u00fcr die gelten, die den richtigen Pass mit der richtigen Hautfarbe haben.<\/p>\n

Wir sind besch\u00e4mt, <\/strong>dass Ihr nicht wie wir \u00fcber die Stra\u00dfe gehen k\u00f6nnt, ohne verhaftet zu werden, und das wir jede Arbeit annehmen d\u00fcrfen und Ihr keine.<\/p>\n

Wir danken Euch,<\/strong> f\u00fcr die Formulierung Eurer Forderungen, die uns mit dem realen Rassismus der Stra\u00dfe und der Institutionen konfrontieren.<\/p>\n

Wir sind besch\u00e4mt, <\/strong>dass man Eure politischen Forderungen im schlechtesten Fall als \u201eirrealistisch\u201c abtut und im besten Fall als humanit\u00e4re Probleme abwickeln will.<\/p>\n

Wir danken Euch <\/strong>f\u00fcr den Protest, aus dem Wut, Trauer, aber auch W\u00fcrde derer spricht, die den weiten Weg nach \u00d6sterreich\/Europa nicht geschafft haben, weil sie im Mittelmeer ertrunken sind.<\/p>\n

Wir sind besch\u00e4mt, <\/strong>dass Ihr uns sagen m\u00fcsst, dass Ihr keine Babys seid (Zitat Khan Adalat), weil man Euch in der kolonialen Tradition der Habsburger abspricht, politisch zu denken und selbstbestimmt zu handeln.<\/p>\n

Wir danken Euch, <\/strong>dass Ihr den nationalen Schulterschluss der politischen Parteien offengelegt habt; von rechts (\u201eHerabw\u00fcrdigung religi\u00f6ser Lehren und Religionsaus\u00fcbung\u201c) bis links (\u201ees geht um menschengerechte Verwahrung\u201c).<\/p>\n

Wir sind besch\u00e4mt <\/strong>\u00fcber die Verantwortlichen aus Politik, der Kirche und den NGOs, wie sie in einem widerw\u00e4rtigen Paternalismus das Wort \u201ef\u00fcr Euch\u201c ergreifen, als sei Eure Stimme zu unterentwickelt.<\/p>\n

Wir danken Euch, <\/strong>den Menschen aus der Basis der Kirche, den Ordensm\u00e4nnern- und Frauen, und den vielen anderen, die zeigen, dass Glaube und Religion kein Ritual ist, sondern N\u00e4chstenliebe in der Praxis.<\/p>\n

Wir sind besch\u00e4mt, <\/strong>dass in dem Haus Gottes Menschen in K\u00e4lte und Dunkelheit auf ihre Abschiebung warten m\u00fcssen und durch einen Wachdienst von uns isoliert werden.<\/p>\n

Wir danken den AktivistInnen<\/strong> aus den Parteien und NGOs die sich nicht blenden lassen, von dem rassistischen und menschenverachtenden Normalzustand, den diese Institutionen abwickeln.<\/p>\n

Wir sind besch\u00e4mt, <\/strong>dass mutige Menschen aus der Zivilgesellschaft, die Laptops und andere Kommunikationsmittel und \u2013medien organisiert haben, ihre Zeit bei den Fl\u00fcchtlingen verbringen und in Bescheidenheit sich den Forderungen der Fl\u00fcchtlinge angeschlossen haben, als \u201eSt\u00f6rerInnen\u201c diffamiert werden.<\/p>\n

Wir danken Euch,<\/strong> dass Ihr gekommen seid. Lasst uns nicht alleine. Subhan\u2019Allah.<\/p>\n

We thank you<\/strong> for coming to Austria\/Europe and for escaping FRONTEX.<\/p>\n

We are ashamed<\/strong> that the police claims to protect us whilst in fact persecuting you.<\/p>\n

We thank you<\/strong> for demonstrating that human rights in Austria\/Europe only apply to those with the right passport and skincolour.<\/p>\n

We are ashamed <\/strong>that we can cross the streets without being arrested and accept any job offered whilst you can\u2019t!<\/p>\n

We thank you<\/strong> for the verbalisation of your demands, which uncover the existing racism on the streets and in the institutions.<\/p>\n

We are ashamed<\/strong> that your political demands are called *unrealistic* in the worst and *humanitarian issues* in the luckiest case.<\/p>\n

We thank you<\/strong> for angry, sad, yet dignified protest which also represents those who didn\u2019t manage to reach Austrian\/European shores, because they drowned in the ocean.<\/p>\n

We are ashamed<\/strong> you have to tell us that you are no babies (quote Khan Adalat), because the colonial tradition of the Habsburgs\u2019 won\u2019t acknowledge your ability to autonomously think and act politically.<\/p>\n

We thank you<\/strong> for uncovering the closing of ranks by the national political parties; from the right-wing (decrying of religious teachings and exercise of religion) to the left (it\u2019s all about humane custody!)<\/p>\n

We are ashamed<\/strong> of the representatives of politics, church and the NGOs rising to speak *for you* as if your own voices were runt.<\/p>\n

We thank you,<\/strong> the grassroots people of the church, the nuns, believers and those many more, who prove that faith and religion are no empty rituals but charity put into practice!<\/p>\n

We are ashamed<\/strong> that people have to await their deportation in the Lord\u2019s House, locked into the darkness and cold, isolated from us, their friends, by security guards.<\/p>\n

We thank the activists<\/strong> of the parties and NGOs who are not blinded by the the racist and inhuman conditions of the institutions involved.<\/p>\n

We are ashamed<\/strong> that those brave people of the Civil Society, who provide means of communication, spend their time with the refugees and who have always encouraged their demands, are defamed as disruptive elements.<\/p>\n
